Blog: Software upgrade, non-Latin characters lost

I just upgraded the blog software from WordPress 2.3 to 2.3.1, and all of the Chinese characters and other non-Latin writing in my posts became gibberish characters. I’ll try to fix it later.

For now, let’s see if I can re-copy-and-paste the non-Latin test URLs over in my post Follow-up: Help test internationalized domain names.

EDIT (11/3/07): I tried, but now the gibberish characters are just question marks (?).

[EDIT (6/6/10): Now it works with WordPress 2.9.2, and I'm redoing all the foreign characters.]
